Welcome to OLA Retreat! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your retreat. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.


1. Bookings and Payments for my six day retreat
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fully amount is required to secure your spot.
Full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before the retreat start date.


2. Cancellations and Refunds 
Cancellations made 6 weeks before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the retreat.
If OLA Retreat cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.


3. Travel and Insurance
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the retreat location.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and personal liability.


4. Health and Safety
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in yoga and retreat activities.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to arrival.
Our instructors are not medical professionals; please seek medical advice before participating if you have concerns.

 
5. Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk. OLA Retreat and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft during your stay.
By booking, you release OLA Retreat and all affiliated parties from all claims and liabilities.

 
6. Code of Conduct
Respect for fellow participants, staff, and local communities is expected at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

 
7. Use of Photos and Media
We may take photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

 
8. Changes to Schedule
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, or offerings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.

 
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.
